In addition to our consulting business, we manage restaurant concepts and franchise companies throughout metro Atlanta, including full-service and fast-casual restaurants. Depending on your needs, we recommend several ways to engage us.
Project Work: You have a specific need, such as updating your restaurant menu. We'll work with you to determine the exact scope of work and prepare a work plan, timeline, and project price.
This includes Project Management for a bigger scope of work like opening a new restaurant, implementing a new training system, franchise development and launching a new product.
Consulting: You need some general consulting and would like a face-to-face meeting to discuss issues impacting your restaurant. We'll meet with you at your restaurant or office to listen to your issues and present solutions. For more in-depth work, we start with a restaurant assessment to determine the scope of work with you.
Contract Work: You need a COO, CMO, Supply Chain Manager or other position filled but need a part-time person. We work with several brands and fill those positions for a set number of hours per month. Many times we cover multiple areas to support start-up chains.
